The professionals were on time, very courteous and responsive to all of our concerns and questions. Cleaned up their mess without asking. He requested that we not try to clean up after them that he will take care of. After installation the representative and the installer gave us a very informative lesson on how to use the system and hooked it up to WiFi so we could take advantage of the many features.
