Phillip went over and above the call yesterday to solve septic troubles we’d dealt with for2-1/2 years. Other “pump and dump” companies had put bandaids on the issue but weren’t willing to spend the time necessary to locate the problem or propose a solution.Phillip took the time, found and fixed the problem, and probably saved us thousands.Service: Sewer repair

Septic tank full, drain field saturated - pumping was needed = success. 2 years ago, Phillip had to create access to pump the septic. Many years ago, the patio had been built over the septic lid—the work he did then allowed him to pump the septic much more quicker.I texted him as the instructions on the voicemail encouraged.
