I've been living at a Skywater managed duplex for several months now. After the absolute nightmare ordeal I endured with West 49 apartments, I can say for sure that Skywater is a professionally managed operation and has been a wonderful change of venue. They actually take care of their properties and they quickly respond to maintenance requests. They have a resident portal application that works without failure and scheduling payments, maintenance requests, etc. is an easy task. They email and inform residents about extreme temperatures and how to prep for them, as well as communicate in advance whenever someone is coming to access the property. I would give them a 4 but I feel like there's a person that has lived at the Willow Wood Apartment Complex they used to be a staff member that would stay in the front office it would be more beneficial for me as a wheelchair person to have that person in the front office but in general it made me feel more comfortable but still if it wasn't for them doing what they have done for me throughout the four years I have lived in the Willow Wood Apartment Complex I would not be where I am today they definitely work with you if you're upfront and honest with them
