“I went here because a friend suggested it. The following is my response to the Walmart Survey Request. I am beyond satisfied. I am amazed. I first needed glasses in 2016. I have seen... well, been to 4 previous eye care specialist and was told by all 4 that contacts were not an option for me. The glasses I have received from all of my previous providers did help me to see. However, I couldn't see very well. I wrote it off to me not knowing enough about how the process worked to be able to communicate with the provider in a productive manner. I left seeing better, but until Krystal Kitchens convinced me to see Dr. Vinh. God bless both Krystal and Dr. Vinh. I have no idea why 4 Dr's before him couldn't fit me with contacts, but Dr Vinh got it done. My world is beautiful again. For the first time in too many years I can honestly SEE! My only regret is that I don't know all of the names who were so patient and helpful throughout all of the process. Krystal got me in the door and set it in motion then Dr Vinh CLARIFIED my life! I think Kathy helped me the next day with sunglasses. GO HERE!
I see a lot of reviews here complaining about the length of the wait. Regrettably I am not in the best of health. I spend a whole lotta time waiting to see Dr's. This is my take on that. Being patient as a patient is a very difficult thing. But if you are seeing this type of physician don't you want one who is thorough? One who asks questions and more importantly ANSWERS questions? Takes the time to treat you, not only as a number or a resource to generate profits, but as a person. A human being who came to them lacking and all we want to do is get better. See better... This group does these things. So if you are one who doesn't care about having the optimal outcome... if you are more concerned with punctuality than as near a perfection of service and healing as I have ever experienced... then maybe this isn't for you. But if you want to know what is wrong with your vision and have the very best correction that your hard earned money can buy... then be patient. Be a patient patient. Because Dr Vinh, Krystal, Kathy... this whole practice is gonna be patient with you. If you're not satisfied with the product you receive for your investment of money and time... then don't go back! Go somewhere else where they'll rush you in and spit you out with blurry glasses or a shoddy fit. But they'll probably be on time. Imma say it one last time... Go Here, cause They Care!“
