“I visited this location on 8/31/23 for an eye exam for my son to get an updated prescription for his glasses and to try contacts for the first time. I have had the pleasure of dealing with several ladies up there and they have all been awesome! My son is currently struggling with learning to put the contacts in, and they have gone above and beyond to help him get over his fear of putting something in his eye. They have been very patient and encouraging, despite his frustrations with himself. We went by again on 9/1/23 to try again and the staff was just as great! He still hasn’t succeeded with it, but they are so sweet and trying to help him in any way possible. They are also very knowledgeable on helping you get the benefit from your insurance! On an additional side note, his current glasses are broken and I had to superglue the together. That has not been ideal due to them being his only way to see and the superglue hasn’t been holding up for long. So Ms Kathy found him a pair of $9 frames on their shelf and was able to put his current lenses in them to get him by until he gets his new glasses! This staff has been exceptional and I could not ask for a better service than what they provided! Would highly recommend!“
