This is the worst clinic I have ever been to. The nurse practitioner does not listen to anything you have to say. I did a formal complaint about her and then received a call about what I said. The person that called pretty much called me a liar about my visit. I will not use this clinic ever again. It really sucks that veterans are treated so bad.

Sandra Reid, a social worker, should retire and not serve veterans. She probably got a job here because she couldn't get a job anywhere else. I walked in for heart problems in 2019; I wound up nearly passing out on the floor. They called an ambulance for me, and I wound paying for the bill over a year later because an employee there didn't file the paperwork. The nurse should have told me I was going to have to pay for the ambulance ride. I made the mistake of trusting them and not worrying about it.
