This place is not even actually an urgent care facility, so I do not know why it is labeled as such on google. I know this because I still had to pay when normally my insurance would cover it all, and they tell you that they’re actually not technically an urgent care facility. It’s also funny that they call themselves immediate care, and when I have gone, they are typically rather slow.
They took care of me fast and courteously. I was happy with the service. However, a few people in the waiting room and one front office lady who were not wearing masks. As a health care provider they should pay attention to mask policy.
As with other patients, my husband's visit took 3 hrs. My biggest complaint was that there wasn't a sign up sheet, so 2 patients were seen ahead of him but came in after us. BUT they did the proper tests, and were very thorough. I am grateful for doing a professional job. .
