Zips Car Wash

Currently a three at best. I canceled my membership to the car wash down the street and joined zips, primarily due to the easier in and out of their building site. My membership is done by tag reader. Although that seems great when I travel throughout Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee, no other location has a tag reader. They all use RFID and it is a pain, and sometimes impossible, to use the system without an RFID sticker. I've been turned away from some zips and other locations have been able to accommodate me, but it takes 10 to 15 minutes to pull up a four digit code for them to enter into the system while I block traffic. Justin was friendly, nice and professional. The monthly service is such a great value. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a squeaky clean car. I love this car wash and will be back !!

This visit they did not use the brush to clean the front or back of my car. I had to rewash it when I got home. I gave it 3 stars because I think it's only fair to give them an opportunity to change their process and make improvements. Would have been fine if my car were already clean ??‍♀️.
