Taken care of. I asked if he was the owner and he told me he was the manager. I asked for his card because of his exemplary service. Every company needs a “Mark” or ten of him! Customer service is so often lost these days. What a breath of fresh air to be greeted so pleasantly, asked how our day is going and genuinely mean it, and to make sure our vehicle was taken care of to our satisfaction. I pulled into the Zip on a cold November morning. Ginger was there to guide my truck into the wash. I pointed out that I had alotta bugs on the front. She said no problem and went to work. After the wash, my truck was clean and the bugs were gone. She did an awesome job. I am very pleased with my Zip.
Ginger went above and beyond trying to help me get my car started. She ask her associate to help me with her car when I finally found someone with jumper cables. Thank you ZIPS and Ginger.
