I received excellent customer service today from my Service Technician, Eddie Cliff Middlebrooks. He arrived on the scheduled time, with a professional and friendly demeanor. Cliff was very knowledgeable about the company and its services. He serviced my home thoroughly and was done with care and respect. Thank you Bug House for providing such highly qualified Technician.

Tyler Buchanan went above and beyond to do a wonderful job for us. He worked diligently to get a moisture barrier installed correctly under our entire house. He did a great job. He also gave me important information about things we need to do to make our house more energy efficient and went around and helped me with all of the vents.
