This would be no stars if possible....My boys and nephew had appointments to have cuts/basically trims. My aunt lives right across the street and I dropped them off with her til time for their appts. They then walked across right before time for their appts and she told them they had to wait. So they sat there waiting. They said that she wasn't doing anyone else's hair for a bit (or anything really) then someone came in and she began to work on them. So, then she asked them to return in an hour. Don't waste your time going here. The good reviews are written by herself and her friends. I'm reading botched stories and I have experienced one as well, but my review got deleted. I made an appointment with her and when I walked in, she was finishing up her own hair so I had to wait 15 mins or so. I showed her what I wanted for color and cut. She started mixing the color, and as soon as she started, my friend who needed a haircut too went to Hinesville walmart which is around 25-30 mins away.
