“We worked with Jacob and Theresa at our previous home, and I wanted to take a moment to share how grateful we are for their professionalism and care. Looking back on the contractors we’ve worked with over the years, we appreciate so much what a difference it makes to have people you trust working on your home.
Thank you, Jacob and Theresa, for making our experience such a positive one. We appreciated you then, and we appreciate you even more now!”
“Working with Norman Restorations was an absolute relief and a great experience, especially since I lived four hours away from the property during a full renovation. From day one, they removed all the stress by providing proactive updates and checking on the property as if it were their own. Norman was professional, courteous, and always solution-oriented—no challenge ever felt overwhelming. Every renovation has its hiccups, but he approached each one with quick, thoughtful resolutions. His attention to detail, consistent communication, and genuine care for the outcome made it feel like I had a true partner throughout the process. The quality of work exceeded expectations, and the entire project was completed on time. It’s rare to find someone who treats your investment like their own, but Chris did exactly that. I highly recommend Norman Restorations to anyone looking for a dependable, skilled, and trustworthy contractor. An outstanding experience from start to finish.”
