This company is the best when it comes services.. on time ✔️ communication ✔️ good services ✔️ quality work ✔️ and go above call of duty ✔️... Most amazing customer service and installation. My garage door crashed and I needed it replaced ASAP. Heather quoted me on the spot for my door preferences and size. . She called me back 15 min. later and I had an appt for the next morning before 9 a.m.Not only was Ryan here on time, he was very nice, respecful and conscientiously efficient!! I had a standard white door installed as they had those in stock. So very pleased with their service and HIGHLY recommend them. I had called Overhead ( previously used) 3 times starting at @ 8:30 a.m. and after 6 hours (3:30) and STILL no response I called River City. It took 1 phone call (late in the afternoon)and less than 30...read full review
