Shawn recenetly did inspection for one of the properties we were buying. He was very thorough in his inspection. He took time to inspect each and everything inside and outside of the property and later sent us a detailed report. His inspection played a major role in our buying process. He laso charges reasonably. I would recommend Shawn for any property inspection.

Mr.Altman was very way to work with. He was prompt in scheduling and communicated very well. The inspectors he performed was very thorough. He took time to explain to me issues he found during the inspection and then made sure his report was completed quickly and detailed. He also reached out To Follow up. I amMuch more prepared to become the homeowner of this new house.
