We are thoroughly impressed with this company. Hands down quality customer service. They certainly know their stuff! We were referred to Michael’s Roofing by a neighbor after the hailstorm and we have zero regrets.Lyman came out and found damage. He was very friendly, efficient and always there when we had any questions. He met with our insurance adjuster and made the process as smooth as possible. When it came time to choose new shingles he made a color suggestion that I normally wouldn’t have considered and I am so glad that we went with his suggestion- it looks awesome on our house!!Sheree at the office was so pleasant to work with. Great experience all around. Lyman has an attention to detail and was able to tell me exactly what needed to be done and how the replacement process went. He was very responsive throughout the entire process and was even there for support when the adjuster came out. The office staff is very kind and always answering my questions. I haven’t had much experience with roof replacements but this experience puts a very high standard for future instances. We absolutely love our roof and the installation team had it all done in one day, they were also kind and worked very hard to get it all complete and clean before bad weather rolled in.
