After reading other reviews and the responses from the company, it is apparent that this company always has an excuse for every complaint and has no intention of honoring its obligations to its customers. Would avoid.
5 stars on Beautiful plants! 3 stars— Only trouble is sometimes they come from multiple locations and so all of your plants rarely arrive at one time. When you run into trouble, there is a bit of Time lost in their customer service process,Although they do respond, it requires a lot of patience and back and forth. I have been assured they are working on it and it is a growing pain?Thank you Spencer for following through and following up & getting my plants here!I will also report that the climbing hydrangea I ordered And planted last fall is really looking healthy and happy!
Received gorgeous azalea plants. Unfortunately, when they bloomed they were not the variety that I had ordered. It wasnt Wilson Bros. fault, as they were labeled correctly. I showed customer service the blooms; obviously the wrong color, and they immediately refunded my money. Couldnt be happier with the service, and will definitely order from them again.
