My husband and I ran into an issue with a new system that wasn’t done correctly. Greg came out and took a look and got us up and running. Great guy and he knows what he is doing and very professional and explains what he is doing. Overall we’re satisfied and now have a new heating and air guy.
Ran into an issue with my HVAC over the weekend and Greg took my call on a Sunday. He came out the next day, sorted out what the problem was, and had it fixed by noon pm Tuesday. Extremely polite and professional and got the job done at a very reasonable cost. I couldn't recommend him more!
If you are using another heating and air company...STOP. I can truly say Greg is a true professional who puts people first. He diagnosed our problem and yes he could have upsold us on replacement parts; however, he was able to fix the issue at minimum cost. Greg and his company came highly recommended to our household and after meeting Greg he has a customer for life. A hard working honest Christian man with a great work ethic and it is becoming harder and harder to find such people.
