About Southern Lotus Yoga

    I found Southern Lotus after trying to find a convenient and GOOD, Yoga studio near my home; which I thought would be pretty difficult to find after moving out of the city. I was wrong! This place is fantastic. The space is welcoming and nurturing. I'm definitely going to make this my weekly ritual. ???

    Definitely a hidden gem! Have loved Karen and Mazie's classes so far. I love that poses are made for all levels. Appreciated sound bath and instruments used by Karen in her sessions that provided an atmosphere of supreme relaxation.

    Gentle Yoga, a class which meets every Monday morning, is a class I wish I could take every day. With its gentle movements, stretching, and breathing exercises, I have learned to appreciate how yoga works to improve or relieve every part of my body. The instructor gives her students a calmness and assurance that they can practice with confidence, success, pride, and enjoyment.
