Excellent services…I have been patronizing this business for 7 years and the customer services is amazing along with being accommodating to any changes to appointment times and the day due to unexpected delays from the distance I traveled to receive exemplary services. I have been going to Platinum Plus for years. PLATINUM PLUS HAIR SALON LLC always work with you. Last week I had pneumonia and she did not charge me a cancelation fee. If you cancel it will show charged not cancelation fee. My hair dresser is not going to change anyone that does not deserve to be charge for service. She is a straight up person and as sweet as can be. When I leave here salon she make sure my hairdos are correct and I feel satisfied with her service.
This lady is very professional she don’t even take your money in advance. It’s always somebody trying to get over on people it’s sad how people are nowadays. All my friends go to her because she is very professional and do her job very well
