We took out 3 year old son for his first hair cut, we had read some reviews and had mixed feelings. We arrived early for our appointment so our son could get acclimated and comfortable, the staff was welcoming. Dee proceed to allow him to walk around and choose his seat, however we thought it would be best for dad to hold him. We showed her an example of the style we were hoping for, the best way I could describe her: welcoming, quiet, patient and fast, which I was extremely thankful for within 10-15 minutes we were ready to head out.

Had a WONDERFUL experience today with Dee. She took great care of my 6yo and 8yo. The whole getting to play video games while having your haircut was mind blowing to them. Thank you Dee for taking such great care of Weston and Addison! We will be back!
Our visit to Pigtails and Crewcuts exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was perfect and inviting. Dee was amazing! We expected our kiddo to kick and scream when she touched his hair with the clippers, but she was so patient, encouraging and gentle, that he allowed her to provide him with such a nice haircut. We will definitely be returning!!
