I must say I was amazed from the first time I entered through the doors. It smelled so fresh and clean. As we entered we were greeted with a smile by Ms. Maggie who made sure all our information was correct and accurate. We were called to the back by Ms. Nikki who also greeted us with a smile as well. She made sure our daughter E'Lin was comfortable and stay beside her the whole time. Dr. Jimmy entered the room and greeted us with a smile he was amazing with E'Lin. He explained each step of what he was going to do. He made her feel comfortable enough for him to check her teeth and use his tools. This is by far the best best best pediatric dentist in the state of GA! The entire(literally) staff was so welcoming and helpful. Our 2 year old toddler was so comfortable. The dentist and staff educated us and explained things so very well. I just wish they saw adults here because the location is perfect. It also smells very nice and is very clean. Additionally there was really no wait time on our daughter's appointment. Extremely satisfied; can't wait to come back for her 6 mo check up.
I had the best experience ever with Dr. Jimmy. The office is extremely clean and kid friendly. One of my kids has sensory issues and sometimes gets overwhelmed but Dr. Jimmy and his hygienist took extra care to make sure that my son was comfortable and accommodated. They were extremely patient and made this a better experience from anywhere else I’ve ever taken him. I absolutely love this office and highly recommend it to anyone.
