MyEyeDr. in McDonough provides exceptional customer service, with friendly and efficient staff who keep patients informed about their eye health and eyeglasses. The eye care team, led by Dr. Russell, is knowledgeable and caring, taking the time to ensure patients receive the correct care. From the front desk to the back office, everyone is amazing, with staff members like Dylan showing kindness, patience, and encouragement.
We always have a great experience when we walk in the door. Yami helped me today with my frame purchase. She was very knowledgeable with our insurance and helped us get what we needed for a great price! And we always like seeing Cassandra who is as helpful as Yami.
Yami was a great help! Made the whole process smooth and easy, even going so far as to remeasure when certain numbers were looking off. Many are too quick to get their job done and you out the door but she went far and beyond to ensure I was taken care of.
Hoping I get her again my next visit 🙏
