Our Customer Service Rep, Kiara, was extremely knowledgeable about the proceeder and selection of chemicals to balance our pool to achieve a crystal clear result. She also helped us review options for pool stairs and ladder for our fur babies to have easy access and exit to the pool. She also shared her knowledge and information with regard to the options of a robot cleaner for an above ground pool set-up. Thank you so much for helping us as new pool owners learn how to care for and maintain our pool.
Business was crowded but staff were courteous, and took the time to go through the findings of the water test with clear instructions on what to do with needed supplies as well as helped me to the car with heavy containers.
