Ms Pk's braids is very professional and very knowledgeable. I like her decor and cleanliness. She always have up lifting music on. She had that beautiful smile which makes me feel good and definitely look good when she finishes styling me up!! Gotta love her

My appointment was on April 24, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. I arrived on time, was greeted, and asked to wait in the waiting area. After waiting over an hour her assistance finally came to get me and braided my hair up to be crochet by Ms. PK. Ms. PK was still serving the customer that was in the chair at 9:30 a.m. Her assistance braided my hair in about 30 minutes or less. After Ms. PK finished the customer, we were asked to return to the sitting area to wait another 15 minutes for clean up. Very frustrated at this point.
