Normally they are fantastic but my lady cut me at least 4-5 times. So disappointed
My daughter nails had to be redone after she said it wasn’t what she wanted and her lady literally threw a fit and then it her now if it was on purpose or not sure.
love Ha to do my pedicure. For example. Today she went back and forth getting different colors. i finally settled on one. Then she still had to add glitter to them. In all of this she and I laughed and laughed. Then took the color to my nail tech and told him I'm his problem now!!! But she still loves me!!! Love this place.
Did not have the best experience here. It started off great. We were greeted quickly, and the manager was very friendly and helpful, but it took almost 3 hours to get a regular fill-in and a pedicure. They were not that busy. The pedicure was nice once they finally started, but my nails are a different story. It took a really long time to get someone to do my nails (my toes were already dry and I get regular polish), and while the nail tech was very nice, she cut me a couple of times with the file, and my nail polish is all over my hands. Normally I would have complained and asked her to do it again, but I was just ready to go. I probably won't be back.
