Have been having my hair cut there for several years. Always friendly, efficient staff. Carlean is my favorite! She listens to you, explains her ideas. Is friendly, talkative if you want that, or quite if you prefer that. Update to this review: 01/13/2026 Not quite sure what went wrong, Carlean must've been having a bad day. Told her I wanted same as last month. What I received is not even close!! This cut ranks the highest dislike I've ever had! She didn't cut it close to what I wanted! Yes, I asked her why it happened and that it was way to short! Sorry to say, but my normal tip was not given to her. I chose the lowest tip. I hope she is having better days!
I thought today was gonna be a bad day until I ran into Lekeya . I wasn’t so big on getting my hair cut by a woman but my wife told me I needed a haircut bad. I was welcomed in by a great staff as I checked in. And believe it or not I didn’t even sit down five min before I was called ! … Ms.Lekeya asked me what I wanted done and she did just what I asked in no time. And it was perfect!!!! I was blown away.
I tipped her generously. Then told her She has a new customer . thank you again Ms.Lekeya
Used the Ola location which is fairly new. Great haircut and beard trim. Highly recommend using the app to check in before getting there. Nikki cut my hair and will ask for her next time also.
Stylist: Nikki was my stylist. She is friendly and outgoing and did a great job. Unfortunately she is only part time. I will call to make sure she is available.
