Naomi did a wonderful job on me and my daughter's hair. Our hair was a mess when we came in, but she was kind and patient while addressing our hair care needs. We will definitely come back to see her ?
Crystal did amazing on my hair! I got a silk press and a dye, and I am obsessed!! She was kind enough to take me in last minute after a previous stylist cancelled on me. My hair came out super soft, shiny, and the color was perfect. She was really friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Definitely recommending her to everyone — I’ll be back for sure!
I called for a same-day silk press, and the woman on the phone was super helpful and reassuring, so I felt good booking for 2:45. When I arrived exactly on time, the vibe in the salon was a bit off. There was one stylist eating right in front of the door, and I had to kind of greet myself, which made me feel like I was interrupting something.
But honestly, Jeni turned it all around. Her customer service was amazing, she made me super comfortable throughout the appointment, and I absolutely love my hair. So I’m still giving 5 stars because Jeni is a 10/10 and I’d highly recommend her!
