East Lake Veterinary Hospital is a highly praised veterinary clinic known for its compassionate and skilled staff. The office is described as exceptionally clean, with prompt and courteous front desk personnel. The veterinary technicians are knowledgeable and show great love and care for the patients.
The veterinarian, Dr. Morris, is praised for his patience and ability to handle even the most standoffish pets, like a Shar Pei. He takes the time to explain procedures in detail, instilling complete trust in his clients. One long-term client expressed sincere gratitude for how Dr. Morris cared for their Husky over 14 years, understanding the dog's unique personality and providing only the necessary medication.
Despite the clinic's popularity, causing a need to schedule appointments in advance, East Lake Veterinary Hospital is widely regarded as an exceptional veterinary practice that goes above and beyond to provide the best possible care for its patients and support for their owners.
We are new to the area and a local groomer recommended this vet to us! So glad she did because we were very impressed with our first experience here! Facility was spotless, the staff was friendly and the doctor was very smart and helpful! They gave our senior girl the love and care anyone would want for their pet!
I did not use them as a vet service; I brought in a lost dog who was a patient. They were able to locate the owner, and Bailey was returned to her anxious parents. The number on the collar wasn't working, but they tracked down a working one.
I can’t say it enough good l things about these people. Both Dr. Morris and Dr. Miller are true animal lovers. Loving and kind and put every ounce of their heart and soul into their work. I’m so lucky to have found them. The staff is also amazing. Kind, patient…. Just overall an amazing vet clinic 💜
