Very polite and courteous reception via phone and in person. While I did not like having to pay for a test whether I wanted it or not, I was amazed to see the real time images of the inside of my eye. Given I'm pushing 50 yo, the overall health of my eye has become a priority.

Was called to begin exam at exact appt time. Asst very quick & knowledgeable. Dr Seacat came in seconds after asst left room. Explained results, choices & allowed me to make final decision.
