It was a wonderful experience. I accompanied my mother who is 82 to the appointment. They were kind and patient I loved how well lit the facility is to add. They have a large selection of eyeglasses. A very welcoming place.
I have been to eye doctors before but this one tops the cake. I love how fast and easy it was. Greeted from the moment I walked in. They were very informative. Welcomed questions and concerns. Dr. Caudelle was very personable. Absolutely loved the whole experience. Will be coming back with my kids.
Very polite and courteous reception via phone and in person. While I did not like having to pay for a test whether I wanted it or not, I was amazed to see the real time images of the inside of my eye. Given I'm pushing 50 yo, the overall health of my eye has become a priority.
