Had our first appointment with AKL today, having used another groomer a few times and not happy with the entire process. From the first call to my pickup today, I was very pleased with the service. For the first time my Pebbles got groomed exactly as we asked, the same description given to the previous groomer but they just didn't get it. I like that you arrive at your appointment time and the groomer started on her immediately. We received the call to pick her up right at 1 hour from drop-off. Thanks AKL, for taking care of Pebbles and making her so beautiful!
We went in for a nail trim. The service was friendly and efficient! It went very well and this was my dogs very first trim! I will continue to use this pet salon.
