I've had chronic back pain for years tried all kinds of medicines stretches and other methods To get some kind of relief. Since starting Massage therapy with Dani My quality of life has gotten exponentially better. I now maintain regular visits to keep myself rolling. To anybody reading this give it a chance you'll be glad you did.
Very seldom have I been to a masseuse that is this entuned to my body and needs. Having recently gotten back into weight training and fitness, and due to my age, I am more sore than I remember in my younger years. But after a session with Dani my recovery is better and I feel so much more refreshed.
Grace is a wonderful massage therapist. I have been in a lot of pain in my neck and she has been pivotal in keeping me moving. She has several techniques that are different that I have experienced other places and is very knowledgeable. Totally recommend Grace at Trinity in Maysville,GA!
