My partner and I experienced the strangest encounter with the owner of this realty company during our search to buy a home in Augusta after we sold our cabin in North Carolina. We became interested in purchasing Justin's mother's home that was listed on Zillow. At first, after meeting Justin and his mother, everything seemed copacetic. So not satisfied with the home I purchased with Christina. Signed in Jan, didn't move in until February. She knew absolutely nothing about the home because it was with another realtor and realty company. I felt pressured into buying as I was told 2 others were looking at the home and I had to make an immediate offer, first time buyer and veteran using her va loan. Since Feb I've experienced high electric bills due to old windows and doors without seals and holes in the flooring by the doors and plumbing issues causing water damage and leaks with flies because of all the water. Claire Cooper texted me around 6pm - 7pm regarding a callback from a voicemail I had left her several days prior. I was excited to see a charming home in the Augusta area. Unfortunately, we could not proceed further in the process. I was shocked by her response. To put it bluntly, she treated me as if I were uneducated and inferior. Claire could not contain her unethical behavior even in a brief text exchange. I was thankful that she revealed her true colors early on in this process.
