I would like to thank Ramona Scruggs Murray for being such a fantastic Realtor. She is beyond professional with a warm and welcoming personality. I never felt in the dark during the process because she always answered my questions and looked into any concerns I may of had immediately. We used Justin Bolin to sell our home in Blythe and he was outstanding.Before choosing a real estate agent, we did a lot of research to see who the best choice would be based on the investment they make into selling the property and how they promote their listings. The VanderMorgan Reality group stood out as the best the CSRA has to offer: their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings.When we met with him at our home, he spent time answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on the selling process. We were concerned that our house, which was in Blythe and older would be a hard sell. Justin made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps like giving us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.When we saw our listing, we were blown away! His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The first buyer that saw the property put in an offer and in the first 24 hours of listing we had 4 offers above asking price!Our house went under contract 3 days after we put it on the market.
