I’ve had numerous massages over the years, and today was my first Thai massage experience. This location is conveniently right off Columbia Road. The ambiance is clean and peaceful, with soothing sounds playing throughout, and the rooms are very clean.
The massage was fantastic—I requested deep pressure, which was perfectly done and enhanced with hot stones. The therapist also incorporated cupping and stretching, making it a truly unique experience. This is not your typical Western-style massage.
Highly recommended! I will definitely be returning. Great service, and the therapists are kind, professional, and extremely friendly.

The ladies of Total Thai Wellness are all so professional, sweet, and funny ?. I’m thankful for Ms. Pat Rios. Working with her has gotten more movement out of my tense muscles and provides great relief for me.
