She knows exactly where and how! Great ambient music and relaxation. She's good at finding the root cause of muscle tension and advised on what to do to help with swelling and other issues.

A professional licensed massage therapist, a female veteran, who retired from the military and made her home in Grovetown. She took the opportunity and opened her business These Hands Massage and Bodywork in 2018. She has an associate's degree in Computer Applications and a bachelor's degree in Sports and Health Science with a concentration in fitness and wellness. She loves her job and will listen to your needs. Her style is not like your typical spa-like environment. Her schedule is set up to have no waiting in between clients. None of her massages are rushed and you will always get your full time if arrival is on time. Feel free to let your entire body relax, listen to music, and feel better than you did before.
