I had an issue with my gas pack furnace blowing fuses. Michael (a Technician with Riverside) came to check it out and discovered the thermostat had some discoloration around the wiring that indicated it was overheating. He replaced it saying this could cause the fuse to blow but he wanted to check everything. He looked the unit over throughly and even went under the house checking the wires and while looking at the wires between the unit and under the house he discovered a nicked wire. He repaired the bad spot on the wire which also was contributing to my problem. Most technicians would have stopped at the thermostat thinking that was it but Michael went above and beyond to make sure nothing else was wrong and undoubtedly saved me another breakdown in the very near future. He is a true professional in his craft and a definite asset to Riverside Heating and Air Conditioning. Thanks Mike I appreciate you!!
