I had a scheduled appointment that I canceled. Then when a family member visited the clinic they bullied the family member to pay fees for the canceled appointment. This is very rude. Watch out before they auto-book your appointment and then charge you if you do not show up.

The lady at the front desk/ phone operator is rude and has a problem doing her job. Called 100 times just to get my daughters records emailed to her new dentist. This woman got smart, hung up, was extremely rude. And to top it off never sent the records!!!!!!! To be specific in case it's more than one admin in this office it's the one that was on duty Weds afternoon 10-6 late afternoon.

They will lie to cover their own butts so don't come here expecting to have your problems fixed or solved. It won't happen. If you are in pain....find somewhere else. This place will not put referrals in in a timely fashion. Do not show any emotion here because they don't like emotions.
