Drove all the way over there Saturday, to use a large machine to wash 2 comforters with other regular wash. The attendant had notes on all the large machines, even though he was not using them. I asked, since you aren't using them now can I use one of them, he told me no. So, I had to go driving to find another place. I'm from out of state and don't know where to look other than the internet. If I get this type of treatment next time I go there, it'll be my last time to patronize them.

There's lots of large capacity machines, they're not being used, but the attendant says you can't use them. More than half of the machines in there can't be used. I asked could I use 1, he said no, so I found another place to do my laundry. I'm from Miami Florida and not accustomed to this type of customer service. I may try them one more time before purchasing my own machine.

The machines are ALWAYS broke, if they aren’t out of order they are stealing money. The dryers half way work and the ones that are being used by the people working there are the ONLY ones that take card.
