14 October 2025: Mr Dillion Belcher is the quintessential service tech. He is very detailed oriented. He knows the history of roaches, or any farment in or outside your home. Mr. Belcher's customer service is second to none. I haven't seen a roach or ferments since Mr Belcher serviced our home. I can't imagine any other tech that we would want to service our home. Thank you Mr Dillion Belcher. You are such an asset to your company.

Will did an amazing job inspecting my place. He was honest when I asked about termite treatment. He could have easily told me something else just to make more money. David came out 2 days after my inspection. He was on time. When I told him about my yard ant problem. He treated the ants 3 different way to help reduce the problem. He came in the morning and by the I get off work. I saw a big improvement. I look forward to continuing to get serviced with David.

Lee was awesome! He called a day ahead of time and when he showed up he was super professional. Overall I'm happy with Massey and feel like they provide a great service for a good price.
