Great Clips quick cut and right on time service. The ladies are very friendly and professional. There is hardly a wait and check in online. Both ladies provided wonderful patient excellent customer service. The plastic machine went down. Cash was. Great Clips great visits and great haircut. Recommend this place for haircuts to friends and family. The location had been great twice now. Usually try to get haircut and usually cuts hair. Excellent cosmetologist.

I have been to many overpriced places in Augusta and none did a good job. This was my first time at Great Clips and Janet did a GREAT job layering my hair. I would definitely recommend this place for haircuts to my friends and family, and will definitely be returning to Janet in the futureServices: Haircut

The stylist I go to is great. I've gone to others in the same establishment and they have always messed up my hair. I tried to use a coupon because it was emailed to me but I was told they don't accept coupons

Service is very good. Hairstylists are personable and responsive to customer desires. I strongly suggest using their phone app as it allows online check-in that include approximate wait times. It's very seldom that I wait more than a couple of minutes to be seen.
