I contacted BCR to inspect my roof. Stephen and Marco did a very thorough job and provided a very detailed description of what they had found. They didn't pressure me to make a decision but offered several options on what could be done.
I went with a full roof replacement and upgraded to a better shingle.
The workers replacing the roof were very efficient and polite. They cleaned up so well that you wouldn't notice they were even here. Until you look at the difference the new roof made.
The guys came back after the job was finished (Chris came too) to make sure I was satisfied. That was an enjoyable conversation.

BCR just replaced our roofing and did a fantastic job! Without the help from Clay Bowers and Abby Clark, I'm not sure that our insurance company would have approved a new roof. We had 2 other local companies quote but could not get it approved. Finally after months of stress dealing with this damage from Helene, Clay and Abby from BCR were able to work with Nationwide and get it approved. Abby worked so hard and has great knowledge not only with roofing but how to handle these adjusters and make it happen. We are so grateful!
