Customers appreciate the quick order fulfillment and the helpful staff who make the process easy. Many find the equipment, like the CPAP machine, to be modern and app-enabled for tracking therapy progress. However, some customers feel that the setup process could be improved, as they would benefit from having an experienced person to explain the instructions and ensure the equipment is used correctly. Overall, the service experience is positive, despite some initial disconnects for first-time customers.
There was no problem with my insurance sending payment to the company but at some point some incompetent person decided to have the checks sent to me and I’m thinking before I found out what was really happening I’m thinking my insurance was sending me some sort of kick back. But nope it was the money that was to be paid to them NO ONE AUTHORIZED sending the checks to me. I’m not responsible for incompetent employees. I’m really upset abt this I need my supplies!!!!!!!!!!!
I was traveling to the Augusta area and was in need of oxygen for my Cluster headaches. Vicki was an amazing help in this dire situation. I received my oxygen and survived my trip. Thank You, Vicki and Teresa.
The wheelchair delivered originally in the rehab hospital was the wrong size. Had to wait 2 days for the correct size to be re-ordered and shipped to store. When picking up, my wife found the lady working the front desk to be less than helpful.
