This team is fantastic! They respond quickly and efficiently complete their tasks, often providing helpful photos. We truly enjoy collaborating with the HOA management; they are well-acquainted with the community and proactively reach out to homeowners to ensure that everything gets done promptly.
As a Community Manager, I have worked with Tower Roofing on multiple projects, and I am consistently impressed with their service. They are reliable, responsive, and efficient, providing accurate assessments and competitive pricing. Homeowners and Board members alike are always pleased with their professionalism and quality of work. I highly recommend Tower Roofing for any roofing needs they deliver excellent results every time.
I recently bought a townhome, and the HOA covers exterior maintenance, including the roof. I contacted the HOA on 11/21/2025, and the Association Manager promptly entered a work order to inspect a couple of shingles that looked raised or unsecured. Tower Roofing arrived within a few days and emailed me a helpful heads-up beforehand, noting that I didn’t need to be home. They came out, resecured the shingles, and left a clear, professional notice of their visit along with their contact information if I had any questions. Outstanding service. I highly recommend Tower Roofing!
