Tom and motto mortgage are the best. He did so much for us that it would take hours to detail everything he did to get us in our new forever home. Thanks Tom, Margie and everyone else who put in so much time and effort to help us with our loan. Tom is the best.

Good experience. Tom was patient and walked me through every step of the process, with insight and advice along the way. Very approachable and comfortable to speak with. Made what seemed like a very overwhelming process very manageable. Found him through a personal recommendation, and now I can pass that recommendation on myself.

I used Tom back in early 2020 for a refinance and he was awesome - the process was super-simple and he guided my husband and I through each step.Years later, an employee at my business came to me to tell me he was moving out of state. His landlord had sold the property and my employee was going to have no where to go. I immediately connected him to a fantastic real estate agent and Tom Heyer of Motto Mortgage. Yesterday, my employee closed on his first house! My employee can't stop talking about how great Tom was. Not only did Tom help my employee, but he helped keep a fantastic employee at the business.I'd give Tom more stars than 5 if Google let me!
