Had a great experience at Tidal Wave! Caleb was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. He took the time to make sure everything was taken care of and made the whole experience easy. Great customer service and definitely someone who represents the company well. Thanks, Caleb!
After months of trying to fix my account Big ups to Chris who stood in the pouring rain .... I mean a tidal wave to get the problem corrected.... now it's up to corporate to make sure what he did is complete.
I came to wash my car this Sunday as I would do every Sunday morning. David made sure I had an excellent morning wash. Before I finished with my car he took his time to come and make sure everything i needed was at the vacuum station. Thanks David
