I have always received exceptional service and care at Thrive for my pets. My dog is extremely anxious and needs extra time and lots of patience and they never fail to give her that. One employee even noticed her fear and hid in a back room for the entire duration of her vaccinations so that she would feel more at ease. They took the time to ease her in and were able to pivot as needed when she struggled to calm down. These people truly care about animals and take the time to make sure the that pets in their care are comfortable and the owners are informed. Highly recommend.

I took both Mary Lou (Pitt mix) and Katya (domestic short hair) to Thrive yesterday. They were there for primarily routine stuff. Head to tail exams and shots. First time visit for Katya and Mary Lou has been a frequent flier in the past. Top notch service. Nafice went above and beyond in ensuring that both of my furbabies were comfortable and that he understood what was going to be done that day. - Explaining everything thoroughly but not pushing services at all. Dr. Soeka was also exceptional and made sure I had an understanding of both of my kids' health needs and goals. The monthly subscription is also a bonus! Exams are always no charge, nail trims $5, and 10% of all services. Even if you don't go often, it's a savings! Always a great experience - and love knowing my kids are getting the best care possible!
