Update: This is my second 5-star review for MacSpace! I called and their technician Ian picked up the phone. When I had charging issues about two months ago, he mentioned that it could be a logic board issue; he advised me to return a refurbished 2020 MacBook Air that I purchased from Amazon. Like an idiot, I only took some of his advice and temporarily solved the issue by buying an Apple product charger. Fast forward to last week, and my Mac wouldn’t hold a charge and died completely. My wife brought my Mac in, and they discovered a corroded charging port/chip (reference the picture below). I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service I received at The Mac Space Ian and Stephen were so helpful and patient and took care of many computer issues for me and answered many questions. I highly recommend The Mac Space for any mac repairs.
It’s hard to overstate how happy I am with service I got at The Mac Space. Everyone working there was not only friendly, but they were informative and gracious with their time. I walked in knowing I needed a screen repair, and while there I learned just the damage happened, what my options were, and how to prevent it in the future. Not only that, but the price was more than fair, Ian and Stephen even stayed late to get a 3 day repair finished within 45 min for me. Truly cannot recommend a repair shop more than this one.
