This is a post about second chances. I had called appliance doctor and had a window from 2 o’clock to 6 o’clock for the technician to come on a Friday. Well they never showed up after i sat here for 4 hours and nobody called me back until the next week. They apologized and weren’t sure where the mixup was but they assured me that Cody would be at my house that afternoon. I was kind of mad and distrustful but I said OK. Cody did come early in my 4 hour window and he was amazing - so friendly and fixed my stove quickly. This will be my go-to company from now on for my appliances and I’ll ask for Cody. Great experience thank you 🙏🏻
