Got to experience my first virtual exam this weekend! I was skeptical at first but the technician, I think her name was Lordom, walked me through the process and how everything would go with the doctor being remote and not in the store. While I waited to be seen I was able to talk to DaBrina the optician about what my options were bc I wasn't using any insurance and I wasn't trying to spend a ton on glasses. She told me about the current promotions they were running. Once I was done with my exam she helped me shop for frames that were more in my price range. LOVE THESE PEOPLE! The level of professionalism and excellent customer service makes this place an absolute gem of an establishment. Everyone I’ve had the pleasure to help me is courteous, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and easy going. Today’s visit brought us in because my daughter broke her frames. We walked in (no appointment) and was greeted and helped by Julian who got her in a new pair of frames within 10 minutes. He was very polite and friendly. I really love how genuinely pleasant the people who work there are. No pressure, no sweat, very easy does it vibe. I highly recommend this location.
