Reviews
I had a few negative experiences but decided to give this place another try and have nothing but positives to say. Unfortunately, some very rude customers moved my laundry out of the dryer and when I returned, my clothes were sopping wet and dirty. I let the attendant, April, know what happened and she went above and beyond to make it right. She even did her best to politely settle the aggressive customers when they continued to antagonize my mother and I from across the shop after it had been addressed. Big thank you to her. ❤
I love this laundrymat. Ms. Terri was so welcoming and helpful. I wasn’t sure how to use the machines because this was my first laundromat visit. She was so patient assisting me & didn’t make me feel judged for not knowing a simple task
