Great company to work with! I worked with Jennifer and Tim based out of the Winder, Ga location. Jennifer was by my side and was patient as we went through the design process and filtered through all of the details. Tim took over for the building process and worked diligently to ensure everything went smooth. Quality work and was able to customize to meet my needs. 100% recommend working with Southland Custom Homes for your new build.
When I started looking for a house. I stumbled across Southland Homes. We had a friend of the business recommended that we use them. They have tons of plans and you can customize them. We picked out one that worked for our budget and we got the ball rolling. Once we got through permits the build went quickly. They did a fantastic job. I highly recommend anyone to check them out for their next house project. I love my house. From start to finish in 8 months.
I can’t say enough good things about Southland. The quality of build is unmatched. These homes that are getting thrown up left and right would never compete with the builders here. Extremely happy with the quality in the build and attention to detail.
