Fantastic 60-minute massage, where the massage therapist really took care of focusing on the areas I said were tense and I had pain. Relaxing atmosphere and a really nice studio. I will gladly come back!
Thank you for your phone call a couple weeks ago. I appreciate you reaching out to explain what happened during my last session at your spa. Most managers would not reach out to the customer to see why they were not happy with the experience but this owner did, I believe it was very admirable of her and says a lot about the reputation she would like her business to be known for, fair, honest and quality.This facility is clean and provides a quality massage for the price. I've visited the spa at least 5 times and only had one bad experience which the manager was aware of and made me feel better during my next visit. The therapists here really know their stuff, and will focus on the problem areas. They spent the full hour working an issue in my right shoulder, rather than just spending a few extra minutes before going into a full body massage. Thank you - my shoulder feels quite better!
